i love it!!!! i would walk it if no one else was walking it at the same time. you get that ripple effect.
for years i crossed a river via suspension bridgei during the rainy season in costa rica. i loved the springy happy feeling. a few friends did not like it at all and preferred to wade the river if it wasn’t too high.

Most of what we fear is all in our minds; we think of what might happen, which rarely happens!
adjusting to the ‘spring spring’ of the bridge should take a minute or so, and just like riding a bicycle, we get more confident with practice!

We have to admit Francine, our thoughts exactly! The fact that Marilize was 5 months pregnant at the time was a useful excuse… The bridge is very sturdy and undoubtedly safe, but boy oh boy is it high above the gorge!
