Wonderfully sunshiny day in the Kruger National Park, and fantastic to see the Satara area transformed into a lush green paradise complete with water-filled pans and streams.

Kruger after the rains is awesome! Lovely to see everything so green and so much water around
I couldn’t agree more, Helen!
Fantastic! What a great place to see wildlife. Great post, D. 🙂
Thanks H.J. There really is only one Kruger Park!
Oooo ek is so dankbaar oor die reën
Ek hoop julle het ook so baie gekry soos ons hier op Satara, Tina!
Ons het darem ook gekry en is dankbaar.
Wonderlike nuus!
So beautiful, Dries. Loved seeing the elephant. 😍
Thank you, Sylvia!
Sunshine, finally! Yay!
Although we are very appreciative of the rainfall, Deb, those were more or less our sentiments as well!
Beautiful!!

Thank you, Janet!
Ons sukkel gewoonlik om mooi ‘sightings’ te kry as daar baie water is.
Sover hou ons geluk darem! 🙂
The greening happens virtually overnight?
It literally does – we’ve seen some amazing changes just the past few days!
The Lesser-striped Swallow wins today’s prize.
Thank you very much, Anne
Fantastic to see the pans filled with water – and some sunshine too. Enjoy drying out your camp too 🙂
Thankfully we weren’t as badly impacted by the downpours as some other campers – at least our beds, bedding and clothes remained dry…
That is the main thing! Sorry for those who had wet bedding.
