Very deep thought it looks like 🙂
About what exactly is anybody’s guess though!
Looks like he’s posing for a portrait. .
Some of them certainly like the attention!
Another great shot. I hope we get some good ones next week when we’re off to Kruger, one night Letaba, two nights Olifants and then a week at Ngwenya exploring the southern sections of the park
Enjoy the trip James, and best of luck with the sightings! I’ve seen reports that the impala lambs are starting to arrive now 🙂
Looking forward to your report and photos when you return.
Sjoe – die swart-en-wit is ‘n wenner!
Ek moet erken ek was verbaas dat die oe nog so sterk deurkom in die swart-en-wit!

How very lovely – so pensive isn’t he?!
Thank you Tina! Very much a “thinker” this one 😉
My husband looks just like this sometimes….:)
😀 😀 😀
Hy lyk soos ‘n diep denker.Pragtige skerp foto.
Mens wonder wat maal alles deur die brein van so groot mannetjie bobbejaan ne? Baie dankie Dina.
A great portrait – gives you an almost “human” feeling .
Thank you very much Ann-Christine!
Look at those eyes! Wonder what he is thinking about?
Probably getting fed-up with the human taking his picture without asking permission 😉
Lovely photo!
Thank you Sandra!
I wonder what he’s thinking about? Of all the primates I’ve seen at the zoo, they always seem so mean to each other.
You are so right! They can be very mean to one another, and yet very loving and attentive too! Just like humans I suppose…
Amazing portrait!
Thank you very much Marianne!
Mr Baboon is very handsome … with a “no, it wasn’t me” kind of look 🙂
… and I LOVE your banner photo. Simply stunning. The cliffs are glowing in the light 🙂
Thank you very much Joanne!
The eyes tell all, don’t they? Wonderful shot, as always. Your photography is so amazing!
Thank you for the wonderful compliment Lois!

We’re having a wonderful time here at Golden Gate Janet, thank you! Hope you have a lovely weekend to look forward to as well?
I do. I’m visiting our older daughter in Iowa this weekend.
Enjoy every minute Janet!
The eyes show up so well, a pensive study.
Thank you Wilf!
Perfection dear de Wets. I’m heading out this evening to Amsterdam and will be back on the 21st. Keep up the good work. This is some kind of fine. Have a super weekend.
Joey
Thank you for the kind comment Joey!
