Two photos, two photographers, telling the same story from different angles…

My photo, of Joubert eyeing the elephant through the back window of our vehicle

Joubert’s photo of the same elephant 🙂

It looks like Joubert had quite the view. I notice another elephant and another hoover animal off in the brush! That is quite a park!!
Hluhluwe-Imfolozi is one of the oldest conservation areas in Africa, Jane. A True wilderness and one of our favourite places to visit. Unfortunately it is being threatened by a proposed coal mining operation on its southern border. We hope and pray that the mine will not get the go-ahead.

I was hoping for the photo taken by the elephant. 🙂 Nicely done.

Maybe next time Janet 😉
Dialogue:
‘What’s he doing?’
‘Looking restless Put it in gear.’
‘And now?’
‘Accelerate! FAST!’
That sounds about like the third member of our group, the dear wife and mother of the two photographers. She’s most nervous around the big pachyderms; Joubert and I don’t mind them being close if they’re behind the vehicle with a clear road ahead of us 😀
