Pragtige foto’s Dries! Dis so mooi groen daar!
Baie dankie, Aletta. Ja, dis regtig n groen somer in die Laveld hierdie jaar.
Lovely photos of your summer encounters with nature, Dries. The blue waxbill is so pretty. 😍
Thank you, Sylvia, and so nice to see you around here again! Are you still in SA, or back home?
So pragtig soos jou foto’s is van die diere, so die foto’s van die natuurskoon!
Baie dankie vir die baie gawe kommentaar!
Gosh yes, I see what you mean about the lush green! So different to how it was a month ago! Another lovely collection – the blue waxbills are endearing, what a nice pic!
Thank you very much, Carol.
After several consecutive days of rainfall you can almost hear the greenery growing here in central Kruger at the moment!
Your beautiful pictures capture the summer mood so effectively!
Thank you very much, Joep. I’ll catch up with your images from Northern Kruger when we have better cellular signal.
We could trade places, sigh …
You’re welcome to join us here, Hien, but while we are here you’d have real difficulty convincing me to trade places! 😀
Beautiful photos with gorgeous nature 🌷👌🙏😍
Thank you very much, Thattamma!
So welcome 🌷🙏
Quite the horns on the waterbuck and the waxbills are beautiful. Despite know how it happens, I still find it interesting and amazing that you can be having summer as we have winter and that our winter isn’t the winter I’m used to. Isn’t life interesting? 🙂
This planet is a wonderful place! Perfectly created. Now if only we’d look after it better…
What a nice place! Thanks, D. 🙂
I’m glad if these images showed you a little glimpse of what makes Kruger Park so special, H.J!
Lyk of daar goed reën was en is. Rivier is vol.
O absoluut, Ineke. Lyk of ons hierdie keer n baie goeie reenseisoen in die laeveld gaan he.
Soos die ou dae en soos dit behoort te wees.
Glad to see my little blue waxbills here, although the European roller is quite pretty. Very nice capture, Joubert.
Thank you for the kind words, Lois!
Delightful scenes. I saw a young waterbuck close to the fence on our drive in the Lothians area today 🙂
They’re beautiful antelope to see, no matter where!
Summer in beautiful South Africa and beautiful pictures! 🙂 Winter here in Sweden…
Thank you, John! I hope that one day you’ll be able to come and enjoy a South African summer and skip on that dreary Swedish winter!
