Lovely to share in some of what you saw. How lucky to see the dwarf bittern, And the baby elephant is truly very cute.
We were very excited to find that Dwarf Bittern on the road between Lower Sabie and Skukuza! First time we got to photograph this elusive bird.

Die wildtuin is pragtig, né Dries! Ons was drie weke gelede daar en dit was ‘n paradys. Geniet elke oomblik.
Baie dankie, Dina. Dit is wonderlik om die Wildtuin so lowergroen te sien. Die somer is warm, maar die groenigheid en die baba rooibokkies maak heeltemal op daarvoor!
Ah, dis mooi foto’s! Die bobbejaan sit ‘n glimlag op my gesig. Daai regop haartjies op sy kop is te oulik en lyk of hy oppad is om moeilikheid te gaan maak 😁.
Mens kan jou altyd verkyk aan die bobbejane se stoute manewales!
