We’ve watched the sun set for the ninth and final time over the Shingwedzi River on this visit to the Kruger National Park. Of course there’s many, many photos from this wonderful place that we’ll be sharing with you in weeks to come!

In case you were wondering how Joubert’s photo turned out:

Tomorrow we’ll be heading home via Phalaborwa Gate for a quick two-day “lay-over” in Pretoria before heading to our next winter holiday destination.

Jy sal moet oefen om voor te bly, Pa Dries!
Een van die dae kan ek die joppie aan hom oorgee!
Looking forward to more!
We’ll be happy to oblige, thanks John!
Soos ‘n Engelse vriendin gesê het: dis ‘n glimlaggie ding om te doen!
Baie trots op ons mannetjie!
I love photos of photographers “shooting” the subject!
For me especially so when they’re as cute as this little guy, Robert 😉
Joubert in action? Looks like a great image.
Indeed Lois, and with great effect!
good one
We thought so too, thank you!
