How much can you see in only two days in the Kruger National Park? Well, as this gallery taken over less than 48 hours around Skukuza Rest Camp during March 2017 proves, a whole lot actually!

Brilliant photos! We find that longer safaris (3-4 days and more) tend to be less rushed though!
Fantastic photos. I am so jealous, Kruger is my favourite place on earth. I could live permanently in one of the thatched huts in Letaba or Shingwedzi camps and go on game drives all day.
I’m with you there, Kim! I believe Shingwedzi is as close as you’ll get to heaven on earth!
Just to make you a little more jealous – we are heading to Satara for the long weekend 😉
Have a great time. I have seen lots of lion and wild dog around Satara.
It’s almost a year since we were last at Satara, at the height of the drought – predators abounded and were having a royal time with so many easy pickings at the waterholes.
It has been a very long 12 years since I last visited Kruger Park.
Certainly time to return then, Kim!
I just need the money and I’d be up there very quickly!
Sensory overload! Thanks!! 😉
My pleasure, AJ! 😀
Awesome. I guess you’ll see as much as you wish to see. Always keep your eyes peeled.
And take pleasure in everything you see, instead of just chasing the “Big 5”!
Beautiful gallery of wildlife!
Thank you, John!
Once again the photographs are superb.
Thank you very much, but you are far too kind! As long as the photos leaves you with a sense of the Kruger’s magic, we’re happy!
LOVE the water thick-knee!!
They’re fascinating, mostly nocturnal, birds and we’re planning on doing a post on the two South African species of thick-knees sometime in the near future.
Amazing pictures!
Thank you very much, Kathy!
Seems like a bucket list accomplished in two days.
And the reason why we just can’t stay away for long!
Nee kyk, dit wil gedoen wees! Dis omdat jy so ñ ge-oefende oog het, dat jy hierdie prentjies kan vaslê.
Jy maak my dag, baie dankie vir die gawe kompliment! Dis maklik om redelike fotos te neem as mens sulke lieflike onderwerpe het om op te fokus.
I just love your animal photos 🙂
They’re the prettiest of models, aren’t they!?
Wow! a feast for the eyes! 🙂
Thank you! That’s exactly what Kruger is!
Wow, looks like a wonderful way to spend two days.
It truly was, P J B!
Wonderful!
What makes Kruger such a special place!
