Our long weekend of family fun on the shores of Loskop Dam flew past in the blink of an eye…

We’ve just returned from spending the Easter long weekend at the Loskop Dam Nature Reserve, and we’ll be telling you all about our time there in the weeks to come.
“Blur” is the theme for this week’s WordPress Photo Challenge.

This is wonderful!I love the light and energy here-and such joy!
Thank you Meg!
Beautiful scenery surrounding your very handsome son! 😀
Ah, thank you Linda 😀
Jy het ‘n pragtige kind!
Baie dankie Dina!
😀
Ons dink ook so!
😉
Te oulik!
Baie dankie Aletta!
Het hy al so groot geword? Wanneer kom sussie nou?
Ja Spokie, ons mannetjie se 6de verjaarsdag kom nou vinnig nader!
Of, en wanneer, daar n 2de kindjie vir ons beskore is, laat ons met berusting in n Hogere Krag se Hande.
I’d be happy with scenery like that, too. Such a joyous photo!
Thanks Lois!
Looks like he’s having a great time. 🙂
Absolutely Sylvia!
Lovely shot of Joubert. Loskop Dam was one of the places we used to visit when I lived in South Africa. I’m sure it’s changed a lot since then.
Thanks Joey! Loskop’s still as pleasant a destination as you’d remember!
What a nice photo! I wonder what he said? 😉
Thanks Helen! He was skipping pebbles on the water, and very impressed with himself 😀
Dit lyk lekker Hoe was die weer?
Ons het dit baie geniet, dankie Tina! Vrydag en Sondag was heerlike sonskyn-dae, Saterdag was heel dag betrokke met reen elke nou-en-dan.
Groot kampers julle!
Ons kan nie stry nie 😀
Mens moet een gebore wees …
Solank ons kan aanhou om mooi plekke te besoek, maak dit nie regtig saak of ons in hutte bly of kamp nie. Dis alles ewe lekker.
What a cutie!
Thank you Lisa Marie!
He is big boy now! 🙂 This photo made me smile. 🙂
Thanks Amy! Yes, Joubert’s growing up far too quickly for our liking 😉
Time flies when you’re having fun!
Ain’t that the truth!
Can already see you had fun.
And we have the aching muscles and thorn-bush scrapes to prove it 😀
I bet.
