      There’s so much to look at Dendymactoodle, trails that are advertised as being 45 minutes in length takes us upwards of 3 hours to complete! 😀

   Interesting rock formations, any chance you’ve looked for fossils? or are you strictly live animals?

      Golden Gate’s famous for some very interesting fossils! You can read more about one of them here: http://www.sanparks.org/parks/golden_gate/news.php?id=1797

      The Park is planning an interpretive centre dedicated to this aspect. Sadly, we’ve never come across a fossil while out walking though; Joubert would have been out of his skin with excitement!
