After three wonderful days lazing around Jeffreys Bay we’re back to our 2020 summertide ramble through some of our favourite national parks. Today, we arrived at the Addo Elephant National Park and already had incredible encounters with the grey behemoths.

I am so glad we have had good weather for your Addo visit.
Beautiful sunshine, Anne, but oh those afternoon winds!
As there’s no “love” button, I had to simply like. But oh, my, those little guys are SO cute!!

The way they play in the muddy water with such total abandon is so heartwarming, Janet!
They really seem to be making the most of their communal bathing!
There’s absolutely no doubt that they were having a wonderful time, Carol!
So massive and cute!
Quite so, Robert.
What an adorable tyke…💕
Absolutely, Lori. Not even elephants can keep children and muddy water apart!
Wonderful My favorite animal.
I’m with you there, Marie. Such charismatic creatures they are.
My hart! Dis dan so vreeslik klein!
Te oulik vir woorde, Una!
Oe nog so klein!
Haha netso, stouters.
The elephant are so powerful and large however they are charismatic. Nice shots. Thanks, D. 🙂
They’re my favourite animals, H.J. Such personality and intelligence.
You know I love this!
I know you’re as big a fan of baby ellies as we are, Lois!
