   Lovely to see the graceful proportions of wings, stretched neck and elegant legs… grey heron? What a wing span.

      Yes, also a grey heron this one. It seems they’re preparing to nest at Lake Panic, some have already staked a claim in the heronry and loudly threaten any others flying by too close (very entertaining to watch and listen to 😀 ).
