We are so grateful to everyone that supported us in the 2018 South African Blog Awards, the results of which were announced last night. Thanks to you, de Wets Wild has not only been announced as runners up in the Best Environmental Blog Category, but we’ve also been voted the winners in the Best Travel Blog category for the second year running! Thank you so much, again, for all the support and encouragement you’ve given us! We consider ourselves blessed for being able to call this beautiful country home, and being able to share its wildlife treasures with you all.

    Congratulations!! Geluk aan julle drie!! Fantastic news – just keep doing what you do so well and you’ll remain at the top – year after year!
    You deserve all the praise… I don’t think I’ve seen a better South African blog in all my years of looking! You do put such a positive spin on the the country’s biodiversity that it’s an uplifting experience to visit the blog!

      Baie, baie dankie vir al die gawe woorde, AJ – ons waardeer dit opreg. Maar meer nog waardeer ons die jare van vriendskap en aanmoediging – hoop eendag kan ek jou in lewende lywe n stywe handdruk gee hier in die bosveld iewers.
